Hi,

I would like to Whiten the and or Sharpen the Eyes without sculpturing the face.

You can turn off the face sculpting by pressing the "On" button next to the top "Show/Hide Face Sculpting Controls" button. All the eye controls that are not to do with shape changes are in the "Eye Controls" section.
