The latest version of Portrait Professional Studio and Studio 64 (9.8.2) includes the Aperture plugin. If you already have bought version 9 but have an older version, simply "Check For Updates" from the Help menu. This will also let you upgrade to Studio or Studio 64 if you are on the Standard version.

Hi,
The Aperture plugin is now a universal plugin, which means that it works for both 32 and 64 bit. When you load Aperture in 32 bit mode, it will automatically load the plugin in 32 bit mode as well, and when you load Aperture in 64 bit mode, it will open the plugin in 64 bit mode.
When installing from PortraitProfessional, all you have to do is pick the /Library/Application Support/ Aperture/ Plug-ins folder(if it's not already there) and then click the "Install Plug-in " button. Afterwards Aperture takes control and loads whatever it needs so you don't have to do any more work to make the plugin function.
If you have a 64 bit Mac, then Aperture will by default load in 64 bit mode. If you want to change it to 32 bit mode, you have to go to /Applications, right-click the Aperture application and choose "Get Info", and in there tick the "Open in 32-bit mode" box. For reverting to 64 bit mode, you just need to untick the same box.
Warm regards,
Breno
