My Post is about a problem I have encountered with a copy of PP. I purchased online and it worked quite well for a few weeks. One day I went to open it and the activation screen demanded i give another license token. I don't have the original emailed by PP. I can't open the program past the activation screen. Why would this program block a bona fide purchaser once the original token was used and the program operating? emails to PP support aren't returned. Has anyone else had this problem? Can anyone help?
