I agree Kat999. I don't have any children here but seeing porn on this forum offends me. There's a function of the Bulletin Board software which allows the "screening" of posts before they're allowed to "go live" so to speak. But, I believe one has to have Admin rights to be able to implement it.
Have just found out from another forum Admin that the forum software is set up so that the first 5 posts made by any new user/s have to be approved by a moderator before they're allowed to "go live."
The software being used is different to the software on this forum but there must be a similar function Anthropics can use.

Sad...two of the spammers have over 100 posts from the weekend...doesn't the company realize a reliable forum is a prerequisite for getting reliable members and posts? I don't want to check new posts only to see nothing but spam.
When are you going to do something about it?

For the last week I have been trying out a major upgrade to the forum code that makes fighting spam a lot easier. I completed the upgrade about 30 minutes ago so from now on expect less spam.
thanks,
Gary

I went through last week and deleted all the old entries that I could find.

I've been clicking on, REPORT, if that's what you mean by marking.
