Red Eye Corrections not saving

Hi All,

Ok I have a VERY frusrating problem..... I love using PP but i cannot get red eye correction to save.. I clink the box and save, but when i open file again, the box is unticked and red eye is back!!
Have any other users experienced this and found a way to fix it???
