Hi there, I am currently using Portrait Professional on one of my models that has bangs over her eyebrows and when it tries to tweak the eyebrows it causes the hair to distort. Also my recovery tool is not working either?

If you have hair covering the eyebrows, and you move the eyebrows, it will cause the hair to move too because it is in the same location.

By recovery tool, do you mean the restore brush? The restore brush just restores skin changes, not shape changes. If shape was restored locally where a brush stroke happened you would end up with tearing on the edge of the stroke.
