UPGRADE PROBLEM

I purchased an upgrade from 11 version to Studio , but when I insert the update code the system tells me that the code is already used .
But I have not yet used the code and I have not had a chance to do the upgrade...
For now the assistence ignered my help request.
Can someone please help me?
I paid to upgrade anything?? Sad
