I have submitted a support ticket but thought i would ask here as well...

I have purchased PPS 12 and have upgraded to 12.2 and this on a freshly new created pc.

I am running:
windows 7 64bit version
Asus Z87 Sabertooth MOBO
Intel Core i7-4770k CPU @ 3.50Hz 3.50 GHz
32GB Corsair Vengeance RAM

The program opens, then i click the "Open Image" button, select an image (tried both JPG and NEF (Nikon RAW files) and the image starts opening and then crashes giving me this error:

Anyone else have this problem by chance or know what this is?

Thanks for any help you might give for a fellow photo editor as i have clients that are waiting for a job that i have to use this program on and now in limbo!
