hi 

i have bought the uprage v15 .

i have upgrade my token , i can access to the licence page:

https://www.portraitprofessional.com/licenses/view/

i see my product , my token , the link to download, 
but when i click on the link , i have a server error message: 

error 403 on firefox or 
this message on chrome:
