Problem upgrading from V11 to V15

I am using Studio version 11 and bought an upgrade online for V15. I was given the License Token but I have problem updating it as:
ERROR: Your original license is already the studio version edition, so cannot upgrade token which is for upgrading to Studio Edition"

I am upgrading the newest version not just the edition. Does anyone have a similar problem like this. Thanks for your help on this in advance.
