Used photoshop and then portrait professional

Sometimes...I use a selection tool in my photo edit software to select a smudged area and then I add just a bit of noise...if the area is fairly small...it often just blends the area nicely with the rest...I use this trick when restoring damaged photos.

Hi did you use PP or P/shop to do the double chin?
