You are allowed free upgrades to minor version numbers. Go to check for updates (in the help menu), and you will be able to update to the highest 9.X version, which includes bug fixes and new features.

Help! I had the same problem, and was also using 9.0.14. I followed the upgrade instructions you gave but now it's asking me for a token which I no longer have, help! Thank you!
