User friendly upgrades
I purchased version 9 after communicating with support staff regarding the "free" upgrade to version 10. I've waited since Sept. for the upgrade. Now that it is available, no one has a record of my purchase! This is really not very customer friendly. What have I done wrong?Sad

If you can give us the exact name / email address that you bought the software under we will be able to find your license. When you purchased you will have received an email from either Paypal or Worldpay with a transaction ID, if you give us that we can also trace your license. Or your PLS or PLM code. Our license page does not change, but even adding a middle initial in your name, can cause you not to come up.
