LandscapePro Studio v3 requiring re-activation but rejects token

Hoping this is the correct place for such a request. I have all the Anthropic software, PortraitPro, LandscapePro, Portrait Pro Body, and Smart Photo Editor.

Last week on my mac Landscape Pro asked me to re-activate but it fails with my token advising The token you entered has already been used so the application cannot be activated. It still works ok on Windows.

I have raised an issue #375655 via the proper support route and even although being advised I should hear back within 48 hours, I heard nothing after 5 days. Everywhere I look seems to suggest support never get back to people.

Can anyone suggests the steps needed to get my software working again?
