EVERY time I use this, I have to activate it... and about half the time, it complains that it's already activated and therefore refuses to activate PortraitPro on the machine that I already activated it on several times. This is ridiculous.
You're basically penalizing your users by making them put in support tickets constantly for software they've paid for. Fix it already.
