bought a new mac and cant open pp on it . says I need the token. where would that be.? anyone know?Sad

Quickly go to create a support ticket. They will fix it for you. Give them all your purchase details.

The reason is because you change machine and re-installation and activation are required.

Go to http://www.portraitprofessional.com/support/ and select "#12 Others".
