Upgraded to V11, and now PP crashes when trying to find a face

Dcyphert, you don't have to install the Standard Edition before the Studio 64 installation. All of the installers are standalone and should provide a complete installation. I've taken a look at your ticket and my colleague Emma has added more activations to your license and replied so that you can activate again. Can you tell us if the request for re-activation is occurring on both the machines you're using or just the one? Please reactivate that machine and let us know if it happens again. One more question....if I keep the v11 standard edition on my laptop and the 64 bit v11 on my PC, will I have a token activation issue? If it's OK, I can live with that....even though both machines are Windows 7 Ultimate (64 bit). I just can't continue with the constant disruption of not being able to use it....waiting for the techs to grant new activations. Thanks again!

I have only have one PC installed with v11 64bit Portrait Professional. I have another PC at an off site location with v11 standard edition. The PC I'm posting this from (w/ v11 64 bit) is now asking AGAIN for a token.

   

Please inform me what I need to send you so you can make a permanent fix for this, as you can imagine this is annoying to keep haing to ask you for a token to use software I've already purchased.

Hi dcyphert,

If you can send me a private message with your Studio 64 token, I should be able to provide you with a permanent resolution.

This is occurring as your system fingerprint is switching, possibly due to a hardware change or something similar. We required you to reactivate so that we could view the finger prints. Now that we have those fingerprints once you've sent me your details, I'll be able to give you instructions on reactivating and a more permanent fix.
