Can't use the portraiprofessional anymore
I just format my computer when i tried to install it again i tried to put activation token. It said it is already been used? what is happening. Now i can't use my software anymore please help.

Rather than posting in a couple of forums, open a support ticket and they will sort it out for you Smile
I thought this is only way to ask for support hehehe, but when i read around i know that i need to open ticket to ask them to generate new token Smile hope to hear from them soon. Can't wait to edit my new portrait of my daughter Smile. Anyways thanks for your replying. Happy thanksgiving.
