I think the results look nice. You haen't gone crazy (like I do sometimes). One possible suggestion: You adjusted wrinkles and lines on the face but I'm not sure you did the ones on the neck. If you didn't, consider the touch-up brush or widening your skin selection to include the neck.
Your skin tones look good on my monitor. Perhaps the BEFORE looks a bit more real--it's VERY close--the AFTER looks just a tiny bit more yellow tinted. But I am being very picky here...
