More attention should be given to this forum by PP devolpers of PP .......... folks are having problems which aren't being addressed .......... buck up PP folks ...... get off your accumulative asses and fix the software up

Hi Roscoe,

When individual users are having problems it is often the case that we are spending time responding to them privately in our support ticket system. If the problem is very specific to one particular user's setup it's would create more confusion than help to publicly announce all the interim stages. If at the end of the process we discover any bugs or workaround in the software that would be helpful to our other users we will of course provide updates/help in the forums.

Responding to them privately gives no other user insight into what their problems are ........ support tickets nonetheless ........ you 'd be well advised that problems accounted by users are best answered in general forum rather than by private pm's ............ believe me ............... it works better that way
