I'm a licensed user of Photoshop Elements 11 (as well as Photoshop CS6). I never had any File Save problems with it. I just tested it again now. In fact I tested saving an image after using PP plugin on it; not a problem.

My NAS is Synology DS213. No special software is installed; it's a shared drive (via HTTP - CAT6 wired) on my home network.
