Help i have lost my activation key and my computer crashed!

Can someone please help me, my computer crashed yesterday and i have had to install all my software again. I cant find my activiation key. The uk contact number doesn't work and when i try to log on to support it say's my username does not exist. How do i get the key back or contact someone?

Hi Alex,

If you're not able to log into the support system, you can register as a new support user here

This should then let you log in immediately.
