Hi,
I screwed up and posted this in the wrong section earlier. Hopefully this is the appropriate place to get help for my problem.
I've been using Portrait Professional for years on my Mac. I'm running OS 10.8.4. PP is Studio 11. I use it as a plug-in for Photoshop CS6.
Since I'm using a laptop, I use a secondary monitor for retouching while keeping PS tools and the PP Enhancement Pane on the laptop screen. Now, when opening an image in PP, it opens on the laptop and I can't figure out how to drag it to the other monitor!
I contacted support and they opened a ticket. They responded by having me remove PP from my computer and then having me download and reinstall. No change!
Anyone have any ideas to fix this problem?
