Great pose and expression, near-perfect butterfly lighting, near-perfect exposure (maybe a tad over, just a tad). I might have turned her shoulders (facing straight-on they look wide), but given the nature of it - a non-traditional portrait - I think you can get away with it.
Model's right hand and left wrist are brighter than her face, so they distract from the face - I would suggest burning them down in post. The right hand would have been very difficult to flag as it is so close to the face - but the left wrist might have been kept less-lighted by gridding your beauty dish (question: which dish and light did you use as the key?)
I have taken the liberty of showing this below - I hope you find it an improvement.
