Hi Eyelene,
A good solution to solve this is to set the sliders to what you want, for example a very light enhancement, and then Save the sliders as a default preset. You can then set them to be loaded immediately after the mark up phase. If you want some in-depth information on how to use the Saved Sliders to speed up your workflow, you can find this by going to Help> Contents in Portrait Professional and searching for Saved Sliders.
