Hi,
I bought PP two weeks ago. Unable to install it on my mac (it says the installation failed, an unknown error occurred), I opened 2 support tickets since then and hasn't head anything from you guys. (the site says you give feedback within 48hours, too, it's been two weeks!).
Could you please get back to me so I can finally use this product.
If I can't use it I might as well ask for a refund which would be a shame.
