In the Picture Controls menu:
1. Remember the Aspect Ratio for cropping. If there are many photos to edit, the system blank out the aspect ration for each new photo and therefore the need to keep entering the same data.
2. Add in a "Rotate" picture slider option which allows the "leveling" of a photo.
With these two options, there is no necessity for me to switch to Lightroom/Photoshop just to finish off the workflow.
Nice to have option: An option to add a watermark from a graphic png file.
