Try this Jeff. It might work. Go to http://www.dllfiles.com and download a fresh copy of qtgui4.dll. Copy it to the PP directory and overwrite the one that's there.
Then put a copy of the same .dll into the C:\Windows\System32 directory (just to be on the safe side !). If you can't find the .dll file on dllfiles.com you can download a copy from here. http://www.mediafire.com/?2s64t7huxmz7qhw (7.3Mb).
