Hi Shelly,
Your PP software will ask for its key again if your computer's system fingerprint changes. This is usually caused by a major change on your computer such as reformatting. If your activation is coming up as used when you enter it, you need to open a support ticket as you have done. We make every effort to reply to tickets within 24 hours. Your ticket has been replied to and if you try your token again now you will be able to reinstall.
