I primarily do headshots and I don't think there is much of a market for prints of headshots.  The exception is actor and model headshots. They often require these so that they can leave with casting directors, etc.  On the other hand, I think there is definitely a market for prints of portraits.  These are often displayed in the home or in offices.  I print my own using archival papers.  My print prices start at $75 for an 8x12 or smaller.
