Having an issue with saving photos.

Every time I get done editing a photo and I save it, it doesnt show up in the file folder.
However, when I use portrait professional studio it open a file it shows the files as there, they just wont show up if I manually browse to the folder from 'my computer --> pictures'

whats going on? did I miss something?
