I too found the free support to less than helpful. I am getting corrupted files from Portrait Professional and they only will tell me that it’s not a problem with their software. You would think they would want to know something about my system or a copy of the file but that is not the case. The other problem is that they only reply back after 24 – 48 hours, it just takes a long to address an issue.
