I purchased this software for my new computer yesterday. How long before someone acknowledges the purchase and sends me a link to download the software? I received confirmation through an email that my purchase was confirmed. I have not received anything else in order to download and use this software. Please advise! Thanks.

After purchase, you should have been directed to the download links for your purchase. If you no longer have access to this page, we should have also sent you a mail with your activation code and links to the download, although occasionally this mail is caught by spam filters. Please check your spam/junk folder for this mail. If you have this mail with the activation code, go to our licenses page here: http://pprof.com/licenses/ and enter the code, this will take you to the download page for your license.

If none of these methods yield fruit, please open a support ticket with the mail you used to purchase Portrait Professional here: http://www.portraitprofessional.com/supp...ket_submit and one of our helpful support staff will help you get you using your copy of Portrait Professional.
