Hi Rolf,

this was due to a problem with our upgrade process which we have now fixed. You can simply download the German software and your license will work with it. I have emailed you the instructions for this.

I obeyed your advice. I loaded myself the German test version down. But this unfortunately cannot be switched freely. From where do I get a version with that it am possible? I'm not sure what you are saying, sorry that I can only write in English to you.

The download I sent to you was not a test version, it was the full Max version 6.3.3 - if this is not working for you I will check your license and email you a new license.
