Here's a novel idea... why not actually answer any and all emails sent to your company?
I bought the PP standard and quickly realized that I need to update to the RAW version as the final image size is only 25% of the original.
In spite of 8 emails, I haven't received one reply. And no, they weren't SPAM filtered out. Do I have to challenge the credit card bill to get someone in your company to wake up?
One would imagine that offering your company more money would stir someone from their sleep. Apparently not.

Hi, as you can see above I replied to you 3 days ago!
Please contact perfora.net if you would like to receive all of your emails, they are performing some sort of validation test on emails before they get to your spam filters. I just tried sending mails to you using a gmail account, and it seems to have worked.
perfora.net are still blocking other mails from us though.
For the jpeg problem, I see you were not talking about numbers of pixels, or DPI, but you meant compressed file sizes on disk. If you wish to keep the highest possible quality we recommend using TIFF since this is a non-lossy format. JPEG is a lossy format, so as we say in our FAQ if you want to load and save your images as you make changes then JPEG is not a good option. Even when file sizes increase you are still losing information and quality.
To see your upgrade options please use "check for updates" in the help menu of Portrait Professional.
regards,
Gary

Go to File then Save Picture and you can choose to save as a jpeg or tiff. HTH.
