problem moving slider controls

All functions are OK in automatic mode (default), but when I move the sliders controls, the program shut down. Anybody here did see this problem? Help me, please.

Could you open a support ticket so that our support guys can help you with this? We want to ask you for information about your machine, and don't want to do that in the forum.
