Hi im having problem installing my portrait pro 18 to my new macbook, i already uninstalled it to my old one but still my token has been denied

Moving from editing to photoshop causes the picture to enhance red which destroys the look of the picture. How to fix it?

Each time I make an editing stroke, the side panels of the screen abutting the picture flashes white. Very disturbing. How to fix it from flashing?
