Hello all,

We released a v11.1.2 update previously that should have fixed this issue. You can get this update by going to Help> Check for Updates.

If anyone is still experiencing these issues on 11.1.2, would it be possible to get a copy of the image it is occurring with, as well as a set of steps you used when you encountered the problem sent to support1234@anthropics.com and marked for Arjun. I'll personally take a look into the problem and pass it on to our developers.

Once again, we're sorry that these problems are affecting your use of Portrait Professional and will do whatever we can to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
