Having Off/On for Major Controls is fine, but within each Control are a myriad of options that need their own Off/ON.
PP makes all these adjustments--some are good, others may need to be tweaked. But the way to find out what needs to be tweaked is often best discovered by turning that element off first to see just what it did to the portrait.
Currently, one must move the slider back to 0. That is fine unless you make several adjustments to it and then decided to go back to PP Default... which may be several "Undo's" away and if you go one too many, you've undone something else without knowing that you undid it. PITA.
Would be so much easier to turn off the PP Default sliders one at a time and tweak as needed.
