Hi emirmirat,
what version are you using? The one for Windows or for Mac?
The windows version calls up the standard OS dialogue for opening an image and that one offers various modes for showing file names, including thumbnails.
In my Windows version I do have the thumbnails showing, but as said - that is not a "feature" of PP, but depending on the OS.
