No face recognition
#1
Hi, literally just brought this as takes me sooo long to adjust skin tones in PS.
However, it is not recognising any of my faces so I am having to manually place the pointers which are disfigering my brides (who are not face on) ANYONE?... please Smile

Hello ffatsatina,

We're constantly working on improving the face detection so that it has a better detection rate. However, if the manual mark up is causing some disfigured faces, you can opt to deactivate the Face Sculpt options by clicking the highlighted green button next to "Face Sculpt Controls". This will turn off the structural changes but keep the skin and hair enhancements, as well as eye and teeth changes.

Please let us know if that helps with your issue.

This is especially important to switch off "Face Sculpt Control" if there are faces which are touching each other or too close to each other. At time, you may not like to switch off completely but drag the slider until it reaches an acceptable level.
