I would suggest the following features:

- Automatic side-car file generation capturing settings
(Since side-cars are usually very small in file size, why not just generate them automatically)

- Color controls for the entire skin area (in addition to the existing hue adjustment)
Allow additional adjustment of
* Each of Red/Blue/Green and or CMYK color channels
* Saturation
* Brightness
* Contrast
and maybe
** "Temperature/Warmth" control
** Controllable (sampling) color palette to the changes being applied / ability to "rotate colors" from a defined color range to another defined color range
