Similar to the 'double-chin and throat ironer' threaded elsewhere, I would add an 'Eye-bag Reducer' tool. I think the real problem with double-chins and eye-bags is that they cause harsh shadows if the subject has not been lit properly which in turn only accentuates them. I imagine it would be fairly straightforward for PP to add an 'Eye-bag Reducer' tool. Given the technology already in use I think it would be straightforward to map the eye-bag (or double-chin) with marker points and then have separate filters for reducing the shadows and reducing the folds.
