activation please!!!

Question 
I am very disappointed! after updating my mac with the latest version of the operating system 10.7.3b my portrait professional tells me that is not active, and trying to reactivate the license has already been used! I opened a site in tickets book but still have not received neither answer nor solution to my problem! I have work to do and are waiting for a solution! Please help me!

Have you given them all the information they need to authenticate that you are a genuine owner? Is your e-mail address the same as you registered your purchase? Perhaps give them your PO number.
