How about an initial option for choosing a base ethnic face. It would seem the PP standard of beauty is northern European/classic Greek. The sculpting controls can cause other ethnicity to turn out odd looking.
Tho I suspect this might send you "back to the drawing board" to create each new standard.

Thanks for the suggestion, we'll be more than happy to pass that onto the developers. Whilst this is not exactly how you would desire PP to work, you do have the option of creating your own saved sliders that you can automatically apply to your selection of ethnic subjects in the current version of PP. This at the very least will improve your workflow as you won't have to manually change the sliders for every ethnic face you enhance.
