An eyedropper thingy for selecting which area of colour you would like to match and brush to. I.E: Am doing a face with reddish purplish scarring, and they want it to be removed, All I can do is soften it and bleed it out a little.

My apologies was wee hours of the morning here...
In photoshop you have an icon that id similar to an eyedropper. Anyhoo, a tool where you can select the colour (or ratio of colours in some programs) from another area of the picture, that you want to replace the area you are working on with. As an example, when I use your brush tool, it seems to just fade the existing colour and bleed it. In this case, The red and purple of the scarring. So am I missing something somewhere that I have not yet discovered to do this?

I think you mean some kind of clone tool that will enable you to clone out areas such as scars from adjacent areas of the skin.

Yess That's the one!! Hahaha, thanks for that, I am running on empty at the moment (Brain cells) So, is there one somewhere that I haven't spotted yet?
