PP's Photoshop plugin installer should create a Portrait Professional folder or an Anthropics folder with the PS Plugins directory to contain the plugin file. The latter particularly more appropriate if SPE will be developed into a PS Plugin.
The proper PS Plugins directory must be detected by PP's PS plugin Installer. There are apparently two PS Plugins directories. One on the C:\Program Files\... path branch. The other where PS is actually installed.
