port 10 stops working on win7 pc

Hello,

After a new reboot PortPro 10 stops working after a few seconds and freezes. I have to display the desktop and open Portpro 10 again. The second opened program will get it done while the first stays frozen in place.

Any suggestions to repair this? Cool program otherwise. This is the retouching system that I need in my workflow. Help me solve this issue and I am 100% happy with Port Pro 10.

If there is a problem could it be made public please rather than in a private message in case others have the issue

I only send private messages when it involves private license details - in this case I felt a fresh reinstall would help.
