There are two things I would like to see in PP. Being able to lengthen the neck and add the same hue and tan to the neck like we can to the face.

Hi there,
The hue and tan commands affect the entire area that the skin selection covers. In order to see and change the skin selection, use the 'extend' and 'cut back' brushes. By default the selection area should cover the neck.
Being able to lengthen the neck is a good idea! It's unlikely to get into version 5 which is due out in the next few weeks, but I've put it in the list for version 6.
