No support offered - DRZOBHA - 02-07-2011 We are encouraged to write support tickets but no one bothers to respond. This is not fair. I have sent several of them but until now no response. My PC crushed l had to format everything. Now no one bothers its just like money gone down the drainage. Pliz respond. RE: No support offered - admin - 02-08-2011 While in normal times we aim to reply to support tickets within 24 hours, just after a release we are dealing with a huge amount of support so it is taking longer. We do always answer all support tickets, but I'm afraid it may take a little time. Thanks for your patience.
